This started from one question: where in production is this order, right now? The old answer was paper and memory.

The system follows every piece from the saw, through quality control, onto the truck and into the customer's house, and then through the work that follows: delivery rounds, payroll that closes a period and exports the Thai withholding-tax file, seven levels of access, and personal data masked according to who is looking.

Built solo, and kept consistent by gates that run before the build: colour tokens, translations, permissions, money rounding and date formats. If any one of them is wrong, the build fails.
