Two schools in one group can share a system, but their data cannot share a home. So each school got its own database, separated at the lowest level rather than by a filter in the query.
My work began with the architecture and the initial build of the whole thing: authentication, staff, assets, classes and settings.
The other half was running the work — turning requirements into a plan, breaking it into tasks, assigning them against each person's real workload, then following through to delivery, reviewing quality and reporting progress.
