Orders that match what the buyer actually paid

A back office for taking orders, packing them and moving stock, synced with Shopee and Lazada, alongside the brand's own storefront.

The totals in the system disagreed with what customers had actually paid. The formula was not wrong: each marketplace applies discounts and shipping its own way, and the system was only pulling part of that.

Price, discount and shipping were pulled apart into their own calculation, one per platform. The rest is the daily work of the people on the floor: printing one shipping label or a whole filtered batch, scanning a barcode generated from the SKU, attaching proof at packing time, and being able to see who edited which order.

The storefront is the same brand's own shop, with content the marketing team edits themselves.
