Contracted maintenance is work you already know is coming. Somebody was still opening those tickets by hand every month, so the system now reads the contract and raises them itself.
Around that sits what a service business actually runs on: jobs, technicians, assets, spare parts, and contracts carrying an SLA. The dashboard and monthly calendar exist so an administrator sees a job about to breach its SLA before it breaches, not after.
Three organisations share one database and schema, with each one's data scoped by the permissions carried in the user's token. Reports export to CSV and PDF, external data can be imported, and end-to-end tests cover the main paths.
